How do we charge for our services?

We are very flexible. We can charge based on a percentage of the order value. Alternatively, we can also charge based on a pre-agreed price, whichever is more preferred for all parties.

How long do you need to source for a product?

We maintain a huge database of suppliers in China, therefore we can source for any product that we are familiar within a few days, to no more than a month for more customised and niche product.

Are you familiar with the export customs in China?

We are familiar with the customs regulations in China, Europe, Middle East and other parts of the world. You can be assured of the safe and smooth delivery of your products to your designated address.

What kind of products you able to source?

We are able to source for any products from existing ones to more customized and niche products. Some of the products that we frequently dealt with, includes household items, furniture, construction and building materials, machineries and laboratory equipment, etc.

Do you arrange for the delivery?

Yes, we will deliver the product to your specified address. We can also deliver to a designated port for your own collection.

Do you source from various suppliers in China?

Yes, we source from various suppliers for your required product, so that you are able to compare the quality, specifications and pricing to ensure that you are procuring the best and most suitable product in the market.

Can we customise the products with our brand or company name?

Yes, we can discuss with the supplier to customise the product with your brand, logo or company name. We can also discuss the packaging designs according to your requirements.
